Work on the T2

Some little repair i had to do before fitting the outer sill!
Fitting the outer sill.
Looks good to me.More work than i expected because of the rusted inner sill i had to repair also.

Lowering and welding a T2B

Gert-Jan Also known as Djoek asked me if i could do some lowering and welding on his T2B
Of course i will do that for my parts provider.
So i started to remove the engine because of the 2.0liter typ4 he's going to use.
That 1600 is for sale by the way.make me an offer and it will be yours.

After painting all the parts black it was time to fitt everything together.
Looks nice and ready to fitt it under his bus.

'66 original nl Squareback for sale

After long time having him, i have desided to sell him.
I don't see me restoring it becease of the loads of work i get from friends.

The Square is more then complete!
also with extra doors and fenders.but it needs some welding.

Friday i was at http://www.europeancollectables.nl/ and found out he had a typ 82 for sale.

A bit to expensive for me but a potential ratlooker to me.. How would this look like, dropped with 16" fuchs under it? :-)

lowering '68 beetle

A couple of weeks i was working on a '68 beetle to lower it and narrow it 4".

I also replaced the nose because of the accident he had with a Kliko!!

Looks real cool to me and i was pretty happy how the nose job came thru!

when i was finished i tryed to lett the engine run right, it holds down and runs a bit of..

But after some investigation i found out it was half way down the drain.

so i replaced it also...

Foksy adjuster

Yesterday i started to put a foksy adjuster on a early T2 bar bus.
The owner uses this for party's and build a bar in it.
Leaning against it, he found out it was a bit high,so i had to lower it for him.

The old beam,bit greasy!

After some cleaning,welding and primer.

I really like hard hat primer, easy to spray and pretty hard!!

Front beam splitbus

Finally found some time(because of some hospital visits) to complete Airwolf's front beam.

All the parts are sandblasted and primered.tonight it's gone be painted.

Than it's time to put the parts together.

Lowered beam en dropped spindles. sow his bus can get a bit lower.

His beam was already done!

Airshocks VW Caddy typ1

Markci asked me to build some airride for his new VW Caddy.
This is the ID with 5" airbags at the front and at the rear.
His ride gone be lowwww!!!
